Import State from guest registration Google Maps Address

During Guest registration guest can use Google Maps to lookup their address. The address returned contains the state although the state is not populated in the City / State field in Personal Details. In the US this should be the city followed by two character state as returned by Google Maps lookup as follows: "San Francisco, CA" "Austin, TX"
