Billing Report – Missing user group information

Summary In Fleetster, the Billing Report does not display or allow filtering by user group. While user groups are available in Platform > Users and partially in the Booking List, they are not included in the Billing Report, which is the only report showing the actual amounts billed (fees, charges, penalties, etc.). Impact It is not possible to clearly identify which user or user group should be charged based on the Billing Report. This requires manual cross-checking between multiple exports, increasing time spent and risk of errors. Request add: the user group field to the Billing Report, and/or the ability to filter/export billing data by user group. This would significantly improve billing accuracy and operational efficiency.
