Notification for Started Booking With No Ignition On After 30 Minutes

To prevent users from over-booking vehicles, it would be helpful if Fleetster allowed for notifications to be sent to a specified manager (or multiple managers) if a booking has been started but the vehicle does not have an Ignition On event within 30 minutes of the booking being started. This would allow managers to identify users who book vehicles for longer than they need them, start the booking on time, but then don't drive the vehicle until a long time later when they finally need to drive. This would help our custmers tremendously.
